He then worked for 9 years in a consulting firm specializing in technology and digital transformations. In 2018, she has been recruited by the CEO of Adisseo acting as Strategic Project Manager, leading strategic organization projects such as integration of new entities. After 2 years, Marion joined the HR Team as HR Director for the Headquarters in charge of social relations, Global HRBP and HR Talent Manager. After working in international marketing, digital and social media communications, she moved to the HR department in 2015.
