The circle regroups top experienced HRDs throughout Europe representing large and international companies<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. It is organized by countries\u2019 circles, in the different European countries.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Joining the circle will be based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Cooptation by the existing members of the country<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Adhesion to the Mission Statement, the Manifesto and the Governance of the Circle<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.Waiting for the status of European non-profit organizations,<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a French legal structure (association loi 1901) has been set up in 2010<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.The circle is chaired by Yves Barou (France)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.The Board is composed of the chairman, delegates from the key countries,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and the founders of the Circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are at least two board meetings a year<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Governance 1.
